So I get a PM from M-Bot (bows of respect). Interesting huh? What could I have done to get it's notice? Well, in some reviews I've typed and posted for some (awful) flash submissions turned out to violate some of the guide lines that the FAQ spell out.
Yes I read the FAQ, but there's allot there. And I guessed I overlooked this particular rule:
"Do not use reviews to express your feelings that the entry should be BLAMMED. If you post "BLAM this" or something similar you will be banned. Use the review option to tell the author how they can improve their work."
It's a strange rule, but then it kinda makes sense, as the reviews are for constructive criticism, and stating that something shouldn't be kept on Newgrounds isn't actually constructive. Also, there's going to be people that are just going spam "BLAM IT!" on everything, and we don't like those people.
So I've been making an ass of myself, harshly telling people off instead of encouraging them to put more than ten minutes of though into making a really bad, effortless crud pile, devoid of skill or talent. Seriously! 30 frames of animation, mostly a simple tween, then a 4mb music file to inflate the submission's size?
...
I was supposed to be apologizing. Sorry.

Newgrounds Staff and Bots: I'm sorry I broke the rules.
Not Good Flash Submitters: I'm sorry your feelings are hurt. From now on I will restrain myself and only write gentle reviews that can be used to better yourselves with.
